Born in 1962 in rural Attala County to Alberta Thompson and Milton Lowery. She is the seventh of nine children. Married early to the Late Jesse E. Hill. She birthed five children in the late 70’s to the mid 80’s. Early education consisted of Tipton Street Elementary Bobcats and Holmes Community College.

Her love for baking includes Cakes, Pies and Many more edible sweet treats.
